The Royal Sovereign Crown is the constitutional Layer 0 of the Indigenous Sovereign Protocol (ISP v1.0). It is not a commercial entity. It exists solely as the protocol root from which charter authority is derived and delegated to chartered Providers operating within its jurisdiction.

The Crown issues charter to Providers operating under ISP v1.0. Chartered Providers are authorized to issue Fiduciary Access Certificates carrying the Crown authority reference.

The Crown does not name chartered Providers on this public surface. The Crown does not accept registrations, applications, or commercial inquiries through this page.

The presence of crown_ref in a signed ISP v1.0 response constitutes verifiable Crown authority. Verify the ML-DSA-65 signature against the NIST FIPS 204 standard.
